Central Coast Compassionate Care is a small established provider of NDIS and support services across the Central Coast. We specialise in personal care, in-home support, and assistance with daily living, delivering compassionate, person-centred services that promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for service delivery, compliance, participant onboarding, workforce management, stakeholder engagement, and organisational growth.
You will be responsible for:
Leading the organisation through upcoming NDIS Registration, NDIS audits, Aged Care registration requirements, and Aged Care quality audits for 2026.
Implementing and managing new NDIS and Aged Care reforms, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Managing day-to-day operations and staff rostering.
Overseeing participant onboarding, care plans, support plans, service agreements, and risk assessments.
Ensuring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and Aged Care Quality Standards.
Reviewing, implementing, and maintaining policies, procedures, and quality systems.
Participating in recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and staff development.
Building and maintaining relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Local Area Coordinators, allied health professionals, hospitals, aged care providers, and community organisations.
Promoting service growth and developing referral pathways.
Ensuring high-quality, person-centred service delivery across all programs.
You will have:
Certificate IV, Diploma, or a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar leadership role within disability, aged care, community services, health, or a related sector.
Demonstrated experience leading or supporting organisations through NDIS and/or Aged Care audits, registration processes, and compliance reviews.
Experience implementing new reforms, policies, procedures, and quality systems.
Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, NDIS Quality Indicators, and Aged Care Quality Standards.
Experience in staff management, rostering, participant services, and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent leadership, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
National Police Check.
Working With Children Check (where required).
