We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and highly skilled Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to join our dynamic clinical care team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional, resident-focused care, conduct advanced clinical assessments, and play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of safety and compliance. Clinical Excellence: Undertake advanced clinical skills, comprehensive health assessments, and timely interventions.
Behavioral Support: Effectively manage complex behaviors, specializing in high-quality Dementia Care.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Act as a key point of contact for resident health changes, proactively liaising with General Practitioners (GPs), allied health specialists, and families.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain meticulous clinical documentation to reflect accurate resident care, updates, and engagement.
Quality & Safety: Support adherence to the Aged Care Quality Standards and actively participate in accreditation preparation.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Registration: Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
Experience: Previous experience working within the Australian aged care sector.
Clinical Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements.
Specialized Care: Demonstrated experience in advanced clinical skills and dementia care management.
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to build rapport with residents and stakeholders.
Leadership and Time Management: Proven ability to lead a team of carers, manage your time effectively, and make sound clinical decisions under pressure.
