Essential Criteria:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

• Unrestricted working rights.

Duties:

• Chronic disease management

• Vaccination.

• Preventative health assessment

• Aged care multidisciplinary care plans

• Demonstrate highly developed interpersonal skills – active listening, empathy, and confident verbal communication.
