We are searching for energetic Registered Nurses at our 108 bed Aged Care Facility Pembroke Lodge in Sydney.

Night shifts

Responsibilities:

·        Adhering to company policies and procedures in Clinical Care service delivery and provision of quality care for all residents.

·       Assessments, care planning and clinical documentation.

·        Guide care team to provide appropriate clinical and personal care to residents 

·        Health emergency responses, including identification of acute deterioration in residents and Incident management.

·        Conducting pain management regimes.

Successful candidates will have:

·        A current AHPRA registration

. Strong clinical knowledge and skills

·        Demonstrate good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

.        Experience in Aged Care setting, two years+
