Our highly reputable client is growing their Allied Health team near Bokarina on the Sunshine Coast and is seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to support older adults in a modern clinic environment.

• Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 + Super + Benefits
• Adult Aged Care Caseload: CHSP & Support at Home clients aged 65+
• Predominantly Clinic-Based Role: With some home visits for assessments - work within a state of the art AI integrated gym

This is a predominantly clinic-based role working with CHSP and Support at Home clients aged 65+, with some home visits for assessments and the option to include a small mixed-age NDIS caseload if desired.

Your Role Will Include:

• Conducting swallowing and communication assessments for older adults
• Developing and implementing evidence-based therapy plans
• Completing occasional home visits for functional assessments
• Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Contributing to service development and clinical excellence

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a Speech Pathologist
• SPA membership
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle
