We are searching for energetic Registered Nurses at our 108 bed Aged Care Facility Pembroke Lodge in Sydney.

This position is located at 57-61 Pembroke Road, Minto NSW 2566 

Various Shifts

 Responsibilities:

·        To act as clinical consultant for personal and health/ clinical care matters.

·         Responsible for ensuring that care provided to residents is timely, of high standards through

accurate assessments, care planning, care conference and proper documentation.

·        Provide clinical governance to care team to guide them to provide appropriate clinical and

personal care to residents on identified needs.

·        Health emergency responses, including identification of deterioration in residents

. Incident management

. Conducting wound and pain assessments and management

. Clinical duties including medication, fall, clinical risk management

. Customer service

Successful candidates will have:

·        A current AHPRA registration

·        Demonstrated at least two years’ full-time experience as a Registered Nurse.

·        Able to maintain a safe and high standard of practice and clinical leadership

·        Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

.        High standard documentation Skills

.        Good computer skills
