Facility Managers and Care Managers to lead aged care facilities across
regional NSW.
Partnering with a range of dynamic residential aged care organisations, you’ll step into facilities that truly need your
clinical expertise, with strong support from dedicated teams already in place.
We’re seeking
AHPRA-registered, authentic, forward-thinking leaders who are passionate about transforming aged care - professionals who bring vision, compassion, and operational excellence to regional homes in NSW in need.
In this role, you'll:

Lead and manage residential aged care services with a focus on high-quality, resident-centred care
- Oversee staffing, resources, compliance, and daily operations
- Support and guide teams with empathy and professionalism
- Ensure services are delivered effectively, efficiently, and ethically
- Provide clinical leadership and strategic oversight for teams across a diverse portfolio of residential homes, ranging from small to large facilities.

Our Requirements: - ✅ Proven and recent experience in a Facility Manager or Care Manager role within the aged care sector
- ✅ Strong understanding of aged care accreditation processes and quality standards
- ✅ Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams across small to large residential homes
- ✅ Ability to deliver ongoing staff education and support professional development
- ✅ Willingness to travel and work away from home
- ✅ Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (strongly preferred)
