Who You Are

You are a passionate and reliable Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with at least 6 months of Australian clinical experience. You are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and thrive in a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment.

You bring:

• Current AHPRA Registration

• Accredited Nursing Degree or Diploma

• COVID-19 and current Flu Vaccination Certificates

• Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and team members

• Aged Care experience (preferred)

• Strong clinical decision-making, time management, and teamwork skills

Key Duties

• Conduct assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation of residents' care

• Administer medications safely in line with legislation and professional standards

• Coordinate workloads according to resident needs and staff capabilities

• Maintain residents' dignity, comfort, and privacy at all times

• Lead by example, mentor support staff, and maintain professional standards

• Ensure accurate documentation in accordance with accreditation standards

• Foster a respectful, safe, and inclusive care environment

Tasks & Responsibilities

• One-on-one patient care

• Medication administration and care documentation

• Supervising and mentoring support staff

• Ensuring infection control protocols are followed

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

• Applying sound knowledge of medication systems

• Effective clinical communication and decision-making

• Understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes
