Who You Are
You are a passionate and reliable Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with at least 6 months of Australian clinical experience. You are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and thrive in a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment.
You bring:
Current AHPRA Registration
Accredited Nursing Degree or Diploma
COVID-19 and current Flu Vaccination Certificates
Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and team members
Aged Care experience (preferred)
Strong clinical decision-making, time management, and teamwork skills
Key Duties
Conduct assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation of residents' care
Administer medications safely in line with legislation and professional standards
Coordinate workloads according to resident needs and staff capabilities
Maintain residents' dignity, comfort, and privacy at all times
Lead by example, mentor support staff, and maintain professional standards
Ensure accurate documentation in accordance with accreditation standards
Foster a respectful, safe, and inclusive care environment
Tasks & Responsibilities
One-on-one patient care
Medication administration and care documentation
Supervising and mentoring support staff
Ensuring infection control protocols are followed
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Applying sound knowledge of medication systems
Effective clinical communication and decision-making
Understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes
