About the role

We are looking for a Laundry Assistant to work in our facility to conduct the following tasks and duties, linen sorting, ironing, folding, packing, loading/unloading of washers, dryers, cleaning of laundry machinery, all to a high standard. You will also contribute to a positive and constructive team culture with the ability to work independently and follow instructions flexibly to adjusting work requirements.

We have  PPT & Casual LA positions available and will discuss hours subject to interviewing

Skills and experience

Successful applicants will have:

• Previous laundry experience in an Aged Care environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills

• Knowledge and understanding of WH&S practices

• Impeccable Presentation and Grooming

• Police Check(Aged Care/Vulnerable people specific) before commencement of role
