Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, person-centred, evidence-based care in accordance with clinical standards

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient/resident care plans

• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice

• Monitor patient and resident conditions and escalate concerns when required

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

• Support patients, residents, and families with empathy and professionalism

What We're Looking For

• Relevant qualifications and current registration/certification where applicable

• Current AHPRA registration for nursing and allied health roles

• Minimum 1–2 years clinical experience preferred

• Experience in acute care, private hospital, rehabilitation, or aged care settings highly regarded

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

• NDIS Screening Check and Working with Children Check (where applicable)

• Full Australian working rights
