Locum Clinical Manager – Aged Care | Wyee, NSW | 4 Week Contract

Collar Care is currently seeking an experienced Locum Clinical Manager for an aged care facility located in Wyee, NSW.
This is a fantastic short-term opportunity for a strong clinical leader available to commence next Tuesday for a 4-week contract.

About the Role
As the Clinical Manager, you will provide clinical leadership and operational support within a residential aged care setting, ensuring high-quality care delivery, compliance, and team management.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations
• Lead and support nursing and care teams
• Ensure compliance with aged care standards and accreditation requirements
• Manage clinical governance, documentation, and care planning
• Support resident care outcomes and quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents, and families

Requirements

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience as a Clinical Manager / Care Manager / Senior Clinical Leader in Aged Care
• Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, AN-ACC and accreditation standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Immediate availability preferred
