Base Salary Range ~ $89,500 to $111,000 (excluding allowances)

What You'll Do ~ As a Registered Nurse at GLAICA House, you will:
Deliver exceptional clinical and person-centred care to our residents
Supervise and lead Team Leaders, Physiotherapy Aides and Personal Care Workers
Coordinate and complete care plans, clinical assessments, and medication management
Respond to and manage clinical emergencies when required
Support the Clinical Care Coordinator and Care Manager in maintaining care standards
Act as the Senior First Aid Officer and Chief Fire Warden while on duty
Promote a culture of safety, dignity, and respect for all residents
Lead by example in compliance, care excellence, and positive team culture
Essential Criteria:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
1+ years’ experience
Current CPR Certificate
Valid National Police Clearance
Full working rights in Australia
Strong understanding of age-related health concerns and clinical best practice
Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage time, priorities and professional boundaries
Commitment to upholding resident rights, dignity and preferences
Computer literacy and accurate documentation skills
Desirable:
Postgraduate qualifications in aged care or related field
Experience in Residential Aged Care
Knowledge of government aged care funding models (AN-ACC)
