An immediate and highly rewarding position is available for a motivated Client-Side Project Manager to join an extremely successful and reputable Project Management Consultancy based in Sydney, Monday to Friday. 

This consultancy is deeply involved in several interesting projects, spanning the Civil, Commercial, High-Rise Residential, and Aged Care sectors.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Degree in Construction Management, Civil, structural or a similar relevant discipline.
• Experience: Proven Client-Side Project Management experience is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant NSW/Australian experience. Experience in Aged Care or High-Rise Residential projects is highly advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Essential proficiency in Contracts Administration, Report Writing, and Project Programming.
• Attitude: Excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and a proactive, hardworking approach.
• Location: Must be currently based and legally entitled to work in Sydney.

• Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000+ Super, negotiable based on depth of relevant experience.
