We are currently seeking multiple compassionate and reliable Personal Care Workers to support older Australians living independently in their own homes across Maroochydore, Nambour, and surrounding Sunshine Coast Hinterland communities.

Immediate Opportunities Available

We have immediate work available for individuals who can commit to weekday shifts (Monday to Friday), with morning starts from as early as 7:00am.

About the Role

As a valued member of our team, you will provide essential in-home support that enables older clients to maintain their independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Using our easy-to-use mobile app, you will receive and manage your assigned shifts while delivering a range of support services, including:

• Light housekeeping duties such as changing bed linen, laundry, bathroom cleaning, and general tidying

• Meal preparation and assistance with daily living tasks

• Social support and companionship during client visits

• Personal care assistance, including showering and hygiene support (depending on your qualifications and experience)

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants providing personal care services must have:

• A minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent

• Previous experience working in aged care, community care, or home care settings

Candidates who do not hold a Certificate III may still be considered for domestic assistance and cleaning support roles.

Essential Requirements

• Current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle for work purposes

• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with older clients

• Ability to complete required documentation and administration tasks accurately

• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Current relevant vaccinations, including the 2026 Influenza vaccination
