At Azure Specialists Home Care Services, we believe great aged care starts with great people. As a geriatrician-led provider based in Victoria, we bring clinical expertise and genuine heart to every Support At Home Package we deliver, and we're looking for an aged care worker who does the same.

We're building our casual worker pool across Melbourne's eastern and south-east suburbs, and we want experienced, reliable Aged Care Workers who are ready to show up and make a difference.

What the role looks like

Flexible casual shifts. Real variety. Work that actually matters.

You'll be visiting participants in their own homes, supporting their independence, their dignity, and their daily routines. No two days are exactly the same, and that's exactly how our workers like it.

Your day-to-day may include:

• Personal care (showering, grooming, continence support)

• Medication prompting and health monitoring

• Meal prep and light domestic tasks

• Community access and social outings

• Shift notes and care documentation

• Being the friendly, familiar face your client looks forward to seeing
  

You're the person we're looking for if...

✔ You have hands-on aged care experience, home care is a big plus

✔ You hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)

✔ Your First Aid and CPR are current

✔ You have a current Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or can obtain one)

✔ You have your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's licence

✔ You're dependable, warm, and genuinely care about the people you support
