About the role:
Are you a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Worker who thrives in a calm, focused night‑shift environment? Join Bribie Island Aged Care, where your support helps ensure our residents feel safe, comfortable and well‑cared for around the clock.
As a Night Shift Personal Care Worker, you'll play a vital role in maintaining residents' wellbeing overnight — providing thoughtful personal care, assisting with late‑evening and early‑morning routines, monitoring safety and comfort, and responding promptly to resident needs.
Ideally, you will have:
Essential
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience providing direct care within an aged care environment
- Intermediate computer skills (e.g. Outlook, internet-based systems)
- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Australian Work Rights (Sponsorship unavailable for this role)
Desirable
- HLTHPS006 - Assist Clients with Medication
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
