About the Role and Duties:

• In- Home respite, companionship, medication reminders

• Domestic assistance, light housekeeping duties, meal preparation

• Transportation to appointments, shopping and Social Support

• Personal care, support with showering, personal grooming, dressing, toileting and manual and handling.

• Excellent communication skills

  Skills & Experience:
- Experience or just starting your career in aged care, disability, or home & community care
- Qualification in Aged Care/Disability/Individual Support/Nursing
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and comprehensive Insurance
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work various shifts in different locations

What's on offer?

• Earn up to $40 per hour (inclusive of travel & penalties) + Superannuation.

• Ideally, you will have experience, a car, and be available to work between the hours of 7am - 3pm OR 4pm - 8pm, Monday - Friday and Weekends

• We can offer flexible hours as 2 hours per day.

• We will pay your travel through mileage allowance.

• You will have daily access to support from our clinical and care teams.

• Use our easy, cloud-based app for all scheduling, care plans and client notes.

• We have a fully automated finance system requiring no time sheets or logging of KMs.
