Location: Mandurah & Peel Region, WA
Employment Type: Full-Time / Casual
Salary Package:
$75,000 – $80,000 per annum (full-time equivalent)
OR $32 – $45 per hour casual (depending on experience)
Penalty rates (weekends, evenings, public holidays)
Superannuation paid separately (11–12%)

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. You will support NDIS participants with daily living, personal care, and community access.
Personal care support (showering, dressing, hygiene)
Community access and transport assistance
Meal preparation and domestic support
Implementing individual support plans
Behavioral and emotional support
Documentation and progress reporting
Promoting independence and wellbeing
We welcome applicants with:
Bachelor of Community Services (preferred)
Certificate IV in Disability / Community Services
Certificate III in Individual Support (minimum accepted)
First Aid & CPR Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
Sponsorship may be offered to eligible overseas applicants under the Subclass 482 Skills in Demand visa, subject to approval.
Applicants must have:
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in disability or aged care support
Relevant qualifications (Bachelor of Community Services or equivalent)
Competent English (IELTS/PTE equivalent if required)
Ability to meet Australian health and character requirements
Commitment to full-time employment
Sponsorship is subject to Department of Home Affairs approval and business requirements.
