As we continue to grow, we are seeking experienced Casual Registered Nurses to join our team and help us deliver exceptional care across a variety of settings.

About the Role 

As a Casual Registered Nurse with Carers Plus, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents across aged care and disability facilities within Bunbury.

Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care in accordance with best practice standards and regulatory requirements. You will utilise your expertise in wound care and pressure management, medication administration, and clinical documentation while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal health outcomes.

This role also involves supervising and supporting care staff, promoting health and wellbeing, and maintaining a safe and respectful environment for residents and their families.

About You

A successful candidate for this role will be an experienced nurse who possess the following:

• AHPRA registration

• Relevant experience in aged care and/or disability

• Strong clinical skills

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Working With Children Check

• Current Flu Vaccination

• Police Clearance

• First Aid Certificate

• Manual Handling Certificate

• Eligibility to work in Australia

• The capacity to work at a wide variety of locations around Bunbury

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism

• The ability to lead and take charge in fast paced challenging environments
