We are seeking an enthusiastic Certificate III Educator to join our team at Altona Early Years Hub.

Altona Early Years Hub offers families a state-of-the-art early learning centre in Altona, located at Altona College P-9 School. We provide inclusive childcare for children aged 0-6 years and three- and four-year-old kindergarten programs designed to help every child thrive.

This is a full-time role working 38 hours per week Monday to Friday on a rotating roster.

About you

• You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference.
• You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child.
• You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member.
• You have a drive to grow and improve continually.
• You value kindness and respect.
• You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations.
• You hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC, mandatory reporting certificate, police check and a first aid certificate.
